Return Eligibility & Guidelines   
 

Customers may request a return within 48 hours of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:   
 

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.  
  • All tags, invoices, and packaging must remain intact.  

We recommend keeping the original packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase to ensure hassle-free returns.   
 

Process for Initiating a Return

  • Email Request: Send a return request to echowaveitservices@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the return process.  
  • Online Submission: Log in to your account on our website and select the return option to proceed with the request.  

Once we receive your return request, our team will review the details and assist in completing the return process efficiently.   
 

Refund Policy & Processing Time   
 

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.   
 

Please note that refunds are only applicable to items that meet our return conditions. Products showing damage, signs of use, or misuse will not qualify for a refund.   
 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items   
 

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons. These include:   
 

Innerwear & Lingerie – Returns are not accepted due to hygiene concerns.  

  • Swimwear & Activewear – Products that come into direct contact with the skin are non-returnable.  
  • Customized & Personalized Products – Items made to order are not eligible for returns or refunds.  
  • Clearance & Sale Items – Products purchased at a discount or during clearance sales are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
